Kanika is a Leadership coach, consultant and researcher who has worked on projects in US, Europe, Japan, Korea,

Africa, China, Maldives, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Philippines & South East Asia.

 

She is a visiting faculty at leading business schools, MDI, IIFT, IMI, FORE, IIM Raipur & others. Her research papers  has been selected for IIM Raipur and Japan Psychology conference. She has worked with clients like HSBC, Deloitte, KPMG, Astra Zeneca, Marks & Spenser, Schneider Electric, Pfizer, Panasonic, Maruti Suzuki, Amway, Infosys, Samsung, Hyundai, , Reliance, Kotak, Aditya Birla and others.

 

Kanika brings with her rich experience of working with a multinational organization in sales, marketing, HR specialist roles and Talent Management over her 20 years of experience. Kanika mentors’ young women globally with Cherie Blaire foundation.

 

She is a ICF Certified Coach who specializes in Executive Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion, Business Narrative and Storytelling, Brand Value Proposition, Matrix Organization, Psychological Safety, Inclusive Hiring, Women in Leadership, Gender Intelligence, HR Accounting, Personal and Organizational performance and Assessment Centers.

 

She has a Podcast called What’s your story and uses her voice to inspire change and spark meaningful conversations through platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.

 

Kanika is a University Rank Holder and currently pursuing her PhD on Inclusion and Belonging. She is a triathlete, a certified scuba diver, and a state-level table tennis player. Passionate about adventure, she is also an avid cyclist and enjoys playing squash. She lives in Mumbai with her husband, son, in-laws, and adopted cats.
