She is a visiting faculty at leading business schools, MDI, IIFT, IMI, IIM Raipur and others She expertise’s in areas of situational leadership, Managerial effectiveness, Growth Mindset, Executive group coaching, Feedback, Different styles of management and storytelling.

Kanika brings with her rich experience of working with a multinational organization in sales, marketing, HR specialist roles and Talent Management over her 20 years of experience.

Kanika mentors’ young women globally with Cherie Blaire foundation. She is the Co – Founder of ‘Destination Boardroom’– An executive leadership program for women leaders.
